All my models who pose nude are over the age of 18 at the time of the photo session.  I do not take the first picture without verifying identification or acquiring a signed model release.

2257 Compliance Statement:
All pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media displayed on this website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because said visual media do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C § 2256 (2)(A) or (2)(B), but are non-sexually explicit states of nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct photographed before March 19, 2009.

My images are registered with the Library of Congress.  Please DO NOT violate my copyrights.  No images are to be downloaded or acquired from my website or property without my knowledge or permission.  In the event of image sales, images that are sold are for the sale of the PRINTS ONLY...NOT the COPYRIGHT.  All rights are reserved.  Purchase of an image is not a transfer of copyrights. For the protection of my models and my artistic work, violations can not be tolerated.  Please enjoy my work and respect my models.
